For all SAI reservations—regardless of the booking platform—the following protocols are strictly enforced:
Guest Screening: The primary guest undergoes thorough screening and a background check (Exhibit A).
Legal Agreement: The primary guest must sign our legally binding agreement, verified with both timestamps and an IP address (Exhibit B).
Post-Confirmation Compliance: SAI implements post-confirmation protocols to ensure guests adhere to all rules and respect the neighboring residents and community.

We dedicate a $10,000 investment in professionally designing and staging your unit to attract the ideal clients. Opting for our services means the unit(s) remains professionally designed and staged throughout the entire lease - a level of investment not typically made by long-term tenants
What about Potential Parties?
We enforce a 3-night minimum stay to deter parties. New clients undergo a background check, and we also install front-door cameras for a continuous monitoring. This ensures a vigilant 24/7 record of entries and exits to prevent any suspicious activity. We have the right to terminate their reservation immediately if rules are not followed.
Regular client turnovers actually help keep the unit(s) in great condition due to frequent deep cleaning. Two-way reviews also strongly promote better guest behavior. On the other hand, dealing with a problematic long term tenant can be a significant hassle requiring time, effort, and financial investment to resolve.
